UK govt. releases UFO file

The U.K government is all set to play James Bond and X-files by releasing the reports made by various people claiming UFO sighting. They have over 4500 records including many UFO sightings and crop circles. Although most of the sightings can be dismissed as fake and stereotyped, there are a few that are quite interesting. For example, the sighting made by two Italian pilots was clarified by the Defense dept. that there was no other flying object or missile in that region and what the pilots saw has been categorized as an Unidentified Flying Object. Another interesting claim is from two army officers in 1985, Androver. They have proof of what appears like crop circles. The twist to the tale comes 5 years later when in 1990 two young men confess that they were playing a prank and made the crop circles with a garden roller and planks of wood. So much for that UFO story!!

Whether you believe in UFO or not, given the hype surrounding it, it definitely seems like a worthy news to follow.

Jet Airways, Kingfisher come together

Vijay Mallya is known for his insolence and lavish style of living. When such a man goes for a compromise, you could imagine the sad state of affairs! The two giants of the Indian Aviation market - Jet Airways and Kingfisher have struck a deal to form an operational alliance in an effort to cut costs. The combined operations would command a market share of nearly 50%.

With both these giants of the Indian civil aviation industry teaming up, low cost air fares are likely to see the last rays of dusk. Kingfisher which was vehemently pursuing international exposure to give stiff competition to Jet, would now go light on the matter, its believed. The announcement of the deal would prove to be benificial to both the 10 crore a day loss making entities, which was instantly evident when the share prices of the two carriers surged into the sky!

The Roswell Incident

On July 7th, 1947, a Flying Disc was said to have crashed near Roswell, New Mexico, USA. This incident was announced by the U.S. military but later, on the same day, denied. On that day materials were recovered from the crash site that were said to be not of terrestrial origin.

A local rancher while riding to check his sheep in the morning after a night of thunderstorms, saw an unusual amount of debris in his ranch. It was scattered over a large area. It had created a shallow gouge several hundred feet long. The rancher contacted the sheriff and he in turn contacted the Roswell Army Air Field. During the investigation, the military closed off the area for several days while retrieving the wreckage. The eyewitnesses say that some of the materials are said to have had strange properties. They say that the metal was thin like a foil but very strong. They tried to bend it but they couldn’t.

Alien bodies were supposedly recovered from the Crash Site as well. A nurse working at the local hospital says that she assisted two doctors to conduct autopsies on several nonhuman bodies. She even described the differences between the human and the alien’s anatomy.

There were two different press releases that day released from the army. One stated that a Flying Disc was found in a Ranch in New Mexico and the other stating that it was a Weather Balloon crash. Only one of these statements from the army had to be true. Now, which would that be? We would never know as the documents are Top Secret and never to be released to the public.

This was the most famous UFO encounter in history.
